Altair EcoVillage is forming a cohousing community for people seeking a simpler, connected, and sustainable way of life. Located in the heart of Kimberton, Pennsylvania’s vibrant village culture, we are creating energy-efficient homes clustered around shared gardens, paths, and a common house – the parking will be remote and under solar carports. Our group is primarily 55+, welcoming 20% younger families who value intergenerational living and collaboration.
