RiverFolk is a forming co-housing community. an ecovillage on17 acres of beautiful land in the NorthEast Kingdom of Vermont. Off-grid permaculture and food forest with sheep, ducks, and chickens.

Secluded but not isolated, with spring-fed streams and the Sutton River running through it, forested with 4 cleared acres, bordered by uninhabited land on all sides.
