Description

Crow Woods is a community in the Northgate neighborhood of Seattle, and we moved in in the Fall of 2025! We have a condominium ownership structure and make decisions collectively.

Our Homes
Our community features nine beautifully designed homes and a common house, all centered around a tranquil courtyard filled with huge evergreen trees and native plantings. The homes in Crow Woods are arranged to maximize access to sun and nature, with a private porch connecting each living room to the outdoor community space and generous windows to make the most of the Seattle sunshine. The homes are a mix of 2- and 4-bedroom units which range in size from 1,000 - 1,500 square feet. All homes have a kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining area, washer/dryer, and two covered porches.

Our Site
Our community has a common house, community garden, hot tub, fire pit, fountain, tool storage, and more! We are an intentional community and prioritize time spent together. We enjoy frequent community meals, collaborative work days, and spontaneous daily interactions.

Our Location
We are located in the Northgate neighborhood (close to Haller Lake), less than a mile from Northgate Light Rail Station and the future NE 130th Station. The community will be a 5-20 minute walk from parks, restaurants, transit lines, commercial strips, health care, a pool, schools, and more. Plus, the new James Baldwin Elementary School is just a few blocks away, making this an ideal location for families.

Visit crowwoods.com to learn more! We currently have one 4-bedroom unit available.
