Description
We are working with design/engineering and eagerly awaiting our 3 conceptual site plans on this south-facing site in the Berkshires, Ma. We are designing for 35 families. Solar PV and solar hot water energy systems will be incorporated into the design. The Land Is Free. You own it. Community members choose the floor plan and exterior design. Homes will range from 850 sf to 1650 sf depending on wants and needs. Common house will be 4000-4500 sf (3 levels). General consensus thus far is single-floor living with open floor plan. I do have an escrow agreement for the initial deposit to become a member. First in get to choose where they live on site.
