Our Mission Statement: Creating a safe, interactive cooperative community that empowers all on their path through life while living lighter on the land.
We are currently looking for members to join our group. We have a nice parcel of land in North Auburn with beautiful heritage oaks and adjoining pond. Our preliminary plans have been submitted to Placer County Planning Department . Our parcel is at the very back border of the Placer County Government Center which is also in the process of developing a portion of the larger parcel as mixed use with shopping, dining, and entertainment venues which will all be in walking distance. We intend to have 16 senior units from 1-3 bedrooms and 20 multi-generational units with a large community garden, separate playground, and a wildlife viewing platform.
