Description

We’ve moved into our new 4-story urban cohousing community at 330 G Street in West Sacramento. And we have a few remaining condominium flats. We are a welcoming, active, engaged and collaborative community! The time to join is now - will you be one of our new neighbors?

Consider what we have to offer:

Our all electric, energy-efficient, 35-unit cohousing community provides a variety of one and two  bedroom condominium flats, fully equipped with private kitchens including induction stoves. Our community includes on-site parking with charging for electric vehicles, a native-plant garden, bike storage and dog-washing areas, and a spacious second-level terrace. Residents share 5,800 sq ft of interior community space, including a large dining room with kitchen and we are already hosting community meals.  We have guest rooms for friends and family, craft and exercise rooms, coffee/wine nooks, and more.

Our community is part of an historic residential neighborhood just two blocks from the Sacramento River where we can walk, bike, birdwatch, boat or explore the Riverwalk. We’re just minutes from Old Sacramento, the Golden 1 Center NBA arena, Sutter Park, home of the River Cats AAA baseball and soon home to the A’s baseball team.  We can walk and bike to museums, restaurants, pubs, shopping, Sacramento Amtrak (11 trains daily to the Bay Area).  And we are just 20 minutes from the Sacramento International Airport.

We are excited to share our community with you.  Visit our website at washington-commons.org to learn more and to sign up for an upcoming site tour.
