Haystack Heights Cohousing Community

Welcome to Haystack Heights Cohousing, where community and sustainability meet! We are a multigenerational cohousing community of 39 households near downtown Spokane, WA. Our nearly 3 acres of shared amenities include organic gardens, greenhouse, gym, music room, EV charging stations, solar panels, sauna, and an 800 sqft workshop. The 3,000 sqft common house offers a large kitchen, lounge, game area, laundry, and two guest suites, while outdoor spaces provide play areas, walking paths, and a meditation hut. We are minutes from downtown Spokane and a short walk from the heart of the South Perry neighborhood, which has restaurants, shops, a large park, and a farmers' market.
