Active Adult Cohousing for the Northland

This community is currently forming. It will be an intentional community for active adults living in a cooperative culture. We will practice the cohousing principles of participation, design that facilitates community, extensive common facilities, resident management, non-hierarchical governance, and common meals. We will learn together how to make decisions about site acquisition and the design of site, common house, and private units. We will incorporate sustainability, affordability, diversity, and co-care into our vision and values. We will be a village of inclusiveness and support.
