Newark Area Cohousing Organization

We are creating the first cohousing community in the First State. Our vision includes welcoming young and old to a diverse group. We will be a model for sustainable and socially-connected living in Delaware. We're a two hour drive (or less) to awesome beaches, parks, Washington DC, NYC, Philly and Baltimore. Northern Delaware has some terrific cultural and artistic attractions as well (Longwood Gardens, Winterthur Museum, great local theater, and dining).
