Brad Gunkel is an architect and founding principal of Gunkel Architecture, a 15-person firm specializing in community-focused design (including cohousing, co-living, and affordable housing). Brad has designed, built, lived in and helped manage communities at the forefront of social and ecological awareness and action for 30 years. He has published widely and lectured nationally on the subjects of cohousing affordability and urban cohousing design.
