4th Corner Commons is a cohousing community developing in beautiful Bellingham, Washington. Located at 1310 Dupont St, we will be building our 42 homes on a 1.4 acre site in a highly walkable and bikeable neighborhood. Home to Western Washington University, Bellingham is renowned for its magnificent setting embraced by sea and mountains and for its plentiful outdoor recreation opportunities, art and music scene, and small-town feel. We have over 20 community member households and we have formed an alliance with well-known professional cohousing partners to develop this community.
